1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

The deadline is met if you return the goods to us before the expiry of the 14-day period.
2. Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by:

Return conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice and any accessories.
3. Return costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order.

4. Reimbursement
Once the products have been returned and checked, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal request.
Refund terms
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Custom-made or made-to-measure products
- Defective or non-compliant products
- Perishable products or products with a limited shelf life
- Products already installed or put into service
- Products whose packaging has been opened and cannot be returned in their original condition
6. Defective or non-conforming products
If you receive a defective product or one that does not conform to your order:
- Contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Return shipping costs will be fully covered by ESB
- You will have the choice between an exchange or a refund
